Who are the other members of the Wise People Council and is Asia represented on it? (Leo Rebello)

The Wise People Council has been suggested during the 2003 session of the Peoples Congress, it was established by the adoption of the revised Regulations on 4 November 2007.

To date, the only member is Henri Cainaud.

May be admitted to all former members of Congress elected People who request it.

As for delegates living in Asia, are eligible: Bhupendra Kishore, Prasad Davy, Hideaki Kuwabara, Prachoomsuk Achava-Amrung, provided they request this.
