It supports the international institutions working in this direction”.

Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution:

"1. Sincere desire international peace based on justice and order, the Japanese people forever renounce the right of the sovereign nation of resorting to war, or threat of force to resolve international conflicts ..

2. To achieve this goal, Japan has no army, navy or air, or other means warriors. It refuses to recognize the right of belligerency. "
