Simultaneously, the Human Front of the World's Citizens launches the idea of the registration of Citizens of the World (January 1949) and associates it with the demand of a World Constituent Assembly. The registration is extended to the territories in June 1949, then to associations in 2003. In 1969 the first transnational elections are organized.
