The techniques and the texts are not always the same, but there are at least two constants: the solidarity between the territories and the claim of a world constitution. The mundialization charter signed at Eben Ezer (Belgium) in 1980 is essentially the same as that signed at Cahors. In Bè-Hounvémè (Togo) the authorities have created a document signing this charter, while the State of Minnesota (United States of America) has written its own declaration in perfect convergence with the declarations and charters signed in the other territories. |
