People's Congress: texts represented for discussion

The proceedings of the meeting of Bergerac, the 26 to 28 September 2012 have caused many reactions both among elected delegates to the People's Congress as one of the few people in the world who have been informed. In an attempt to provide guidance sustainable amidst these questions and these disturbances, it was proposed the establishment of a working group open to all those who see global democracy a solution for the future of humanity. the People's Congress is, indeed, a public institution owned by all citizens of the world whether registered or not, whether old voters or voters, whether elected or potential candidates.

Democracy is government of the people, by the people and for the people

The people are sovereign.

Popular sovereignty is the inalienable right of the people to legislate to control its present and its future.
