I will commit myself to regularly participate in the People's Congress activities and to assume the responsibilities and the mandates that will be confide to me

I will commit myself never to favour my own interests or those of the nation I belong to or to any other human group instead of the whole of humanity

I will commit myself to never use my membership to the People's Congress to favour national political disputes against "mundialists" objectives or use it in a battle between ideologies instead only in form of a debate and promote human interests

I declare that I accept the People's Congress regulations and I commit not to present proposals that would favour war, violence against human rights and the people's Congress objectives
